I’m Wendy, the one doing the graphics. And that guy next to me is my sweet hubby, Don. He puts up with me shenanigans. Just kidding, he does, although he does help me a lot.
I’ve been drawing since I could hold a crayon. In the 80s I worked as the graphic artist in a print shop, then in the 90s I was self-employed as an artist. I did everything from logos to illustrations, magazine covers and book illustrations, and – the tee shirts.
I cloaked my business under the name of Bootleg Tees. I worked this as a side hustle until life hit me hard.
Long story, no time for that here, and who wants to relive it anyway…
Fast forward ahead, here we are. I work full time atm as a solutions engineer configuring installations of electronics and such. But my passion is art.
Sarah, my husbands niece was looking for something different to do, and I was looking to retire. One day I said, “Hey, we should start a business” and BOOM, Black Sheep Tees was born.

Hi there! My name is Sarah! I sadly do not have quite as much artistic skills as my aunt, so I do more operations/social media side of things.
I am a stay at home mom, having welcomed my first child this year.
I always have been free spirited, and loved the idea of being my own boss. My aunt Wendy and I had always had that in common. From that dream came Black Sheep Tees!
My husband Andrew will be helping out with operations as well as being a product model for future designs.
